Shimla, August 1: The District Employment Office, Shimla, will organise a campus recruitment drive for The Orchid Hotel Shimla on August 4 to fill vacancies for the posts of Sales Executive and Housekeeping Supervisor.
District Employment Officer Praveen Nagaraik said the interviews will begin at 10 a.m. at The Orchid Hotel, Bypass Road, Sanjauli, Shimla.
For the Sales Executive post, candidates must possess an MBA, BBA or BHA degree. Applicants with at least one year of relevant experience will be given preference. The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary of ₹30,000.
For the Housekeeping Supervisor position, candidates should have a Hotel Management qualification. Preference will be given to those with one year of experience, and the selected candidate will be offered a monthly salary of ₹17,000.
Candidates applying for either post must be between 19 and 30 years of age, and both male and female applicants are eligible to participate.
The Employment Officer said interested candidates must be registered with the Employment Department through the e-EMIS portal before appearing for the interview. Those who are not already registered can complete the process online.
