Senior BJP leader and Union Minister Pralhad Joshi has been appointed as India’s new Union Education Minister, taking charge after the resignation of Dharmendra Pradhan.
The appointment was approved after President Droupadi Murmu accepted Pradhan’s resignation, with Joshi assuming the Education portfolio in addition to his existing ministerial responsibilities.
