Arki: B.Ed. trainees of Lakshay Institute of Education, Manjyat (Arki), visited Ganpati Education Society Special School, Kunihar, as part of their educational and internship programme to gain practical exposure to special education and inclusive teaching practices.
During the visit, Principal Roshan Lal Sharma conducted an orientation session and shared insights on inclusive education, classroom management, and teaching methods for children with special needs. He emphasized the importance of empathy, patience, and innovative strategies for the overall development of differently-abled children.
The trainees, accompanied by faculty members and Dr. Kusum Gupta, observed classroom activities, interacted with students, and learned about the special education practices being followed at the institution.
The visit provided valuable practical learning experience to the pupil teachers and helped them better understand the role of educators in supporting children with special needs.
