137 candidates secure MBA and MCA admissions in third counselling round; reporting deadline is July 31
Hamirpur July 29: Himachal Pradesh Technical University (HPTU), Hamirpur, has allotted 285 seats in the first phase of online counselling for B.Tech (Lateral Entry) and B.Pharmacy (Lateral Entry) admissions.
According to the university, 153 seats have been allotted in B.Tech (Lateral Entry) and 132 seats in B.Pharmacy (Lateral Entry) based on diploma merit.
The university also completed the first phase of online counselling for B.Arch and M.Tech (all disciplines), allocating 21 seats in B.Arch and 19 seats in M.Tech.
Meanwhile, in the third round of online counselling for MBA and MCA, a total of 137 seats were allotted on the basis of merit, including 76 seats in MCA and 61 seats in MBA.
Dr. Rajesh Kumar Sharma, Dean of Academics, HPTU, said that the counselling process for B.Tech, B.Pharmacy (Lateral Entry), B.Arch, and M.Tech was conducted online. Candidates who have been allotted seats must report to their respective institutions by 5:00 pm on July 31 to complete the admission formalities.
